| | Prepayment - Paid in advance via bank transfer You simply pay in advance and receive your animal(s) conveniently and economically supplied in receipt of home. Important: We only ship our animals when successfully established a direct contact with you. Only this way we can assure our animals arrive when someone is at home to receive it – either you or a person of your trust when you are absent. Directly after receiving your payment, we make an appointment with you by telephone or e-mail. |
| | PayPal (live animals excluded) We accept payments with PayPal for rodent & frozen food. Whereas live animals are not secured due the PayPal buyer and seller protection when picked up or delivered on a show, we are sorry not to offer this service for live stock. |

| | Cash on Pickup - Option pickup: After your order we will get in touch with you to agree upon a pick-up date. The animal should be picked up from the time of order by no later than 14 days . If the animal could not be picked up within 14 days , please let us know about it directly after you ordered! Then we will agree upon a later pickup date. In this case a deposit of 20 % of the purchase price will be due, which is payable within 7 days . When the total is less than 500€, we ask a minimum deposit of 100€. When the total is less than 100€, it has to be paid in full for a reservation. - Option handover in Hamm : For the handover at the upcoming Terraristika in Hamm, a deposit of 20 % of the purchase price will be due, which must be paid within 7 days from date of purchase.
