Frozen Mice

In our shop you can find quality frozen feed for your snakes, reptiles, birds and other exotics. You can find many different sizes in top quality, to choose the optimal size for your animal.

The ordering process is simple: 

1. Choosing the weight: click on the appropriate weight class under „size“ 
2. Selecting the amount of packs (on the left from the shopping cart button)
3. Click on „Add to shopping cart“
4. Click on „Continue shopping“ to add more feed

Pick up at our facility at 68799 Reilingen at our opening hours on Fridays from 10am to 6pm.

The frozen feed is deep frozen to minimum -18°C. This makes the contents and vitamins stay good for at least 12 months. 

 Of course our breeding facility has a EU permit number, which is required from veterinary guidelines. This permit is only given if all animal welfare and hygienic conditions are strictly met. Therefore you can be sure that you will feed only high quality frozen feed and that the feed is being bred, killed and packed at species-appropriate conditions. We only sell frozen feed and no life feed.

 Addition of vitamins in frozen feed for snakes

In our commission reptile Dr. Sternberg has enquired if the addition of vitamins when feeding only frozen feed is neccesary: „If the feed is fed the adequate amount and are frozen instantly after killing them, there shouldn’t be needed any additional vitamins, since a fast freezing conserves all nutritions good. Minerals and micronutrients are not lost (also at the beginning of autopsy) so that an addition of vitamins is not suggestive. Vitamins A and D can be overdoes a little bit, maximum an addition of Vitamin E and B shouldn’t be harmful. State of research 2019.
